Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene ( ABS)
Due to the variety of ABS, good surface treatment effect and low price, it is widely used in the automotive field. We often produce a variety of automotive products through a series of ABS processing, such as decorative light strip, shift handle head, inner open handle, license plate decoration plate, handrail and so on.
Polypropylene (PP)
PP has good fluidity and low water absorption in injection molding. When we use PP, we will add appropriate additives to do PP modification. Easy to burn will add flame retardant; It is brittle at low temperature. It is mainly modified by adding other ductile materials, rigid particles or elastomers, such as rubber (EPDM), talc powder (TD), glass fiber (GF), etc. We usually use PP resin to manufacture various auto parts such as instrument panel, door guard panel, bumper, water tank, decorative panel.
Acrylic (PMMA)

Polystyrene (PS)
When it comes to injection molding resins, We commonly used to two types of polystyrene: High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) and General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS). Vacuum casting is a copying technique and we used for the production of small series of functional plastic medical parts. The Vacuum Casting is known for its fast production of high-quality prototypesor end-use products. 1.CNC Machining
Advanced multi-axis CNC machines produce unlimited volumes of finished parts from virtually any commercially available raw stock, and they do so quickly and with great accuracy.

2.Sheet metal fabrication
The sheet metal fabrication is a widely used metalworking technology that plastically deforms a thin metal sheet by an external step force, exceeding the material’s yield strength, bending and drawing into various complicated shapes without reducing the material itself.

3.Vacuum casting
Vacuum casting is an extremely adaptable manufacturing process capable of mimicking the injection moulding to produce complex parts in polyurethane resins and cast nylon. Due to the process being under vacuum, it produces high-quality bubble-free casting with smooth surface texture similar to painting effect. It is one of the most cost-effective ways to produce high-quality, low-volume plastic parts that are particularly suitable for medical prototypes and can be tested for form, fit and function during the structure confirm.
4.Rapid Tooling
Rapid Tooling is a fast and cost-efficient way to carry out low-volume injection molding for a variety of types of plastic parts. Once the aluminum or steel mold has been created with the rapid tooling process, it can be utilized as part of a molding process to create multiple copies of a part.
